We currently have two Applications which we use to;
Behind our applications, we use Wordnet (a super thesaurus), and bot libraries, and are looking to incorporate machine learning into the suite to help provide more accurate results.
Our core use for this technology is to bring unstructured data into structured data for reporting. One such pilot is to embed our application into our Web Data Platform. This would provide a powerful textual statistical layer on top of Web content and client reports.
Our technology is very much in the piloting stage but if you are keen to work with us, or have some business cases for your organisation, please contact us.
Huge and excellent advances are ongoing in terms of NLP. We see our efforts dovetailing in with those and not intending to complete in this space. Our goals are to add intelligence to our automated analytic reporting solutions. A simple example would be, eliminating the need for developing data load and transformation packages.
We see language as being a major frontier still being explored and whilst our expertise is more core Business Intelligence, we owe it to our customers and ourselves to ensure our product are NLP cognitive. Certainly we can cut out a significant amount of development work if we can bring unstructured data into a structured format.
Our Web Data Platform is a core part of our vision for making websites more data ready, reducing the time taken to maintain content, and give users a more insightful user experience.
Indeed, long term, as we have been alluding to, it is probable that many websites will fall away as Internet 3.0 takes over. Our vision is to take content, information, and searched information, to bring it into reports which users can see on dashboards and use to inform their decision making.
Whilst we are still working on concepts, a good deal of our focus is on accuracy and information integrity.
