SPAM email is not only annoying, it can ruin a business's ability to operate effectively. It requires resources to solve, and for small businesses in particular - a lot of headaches can ensue.

For our websites, we have elected to go with Thunderbird mail client and set up consistent accounts for ourselves.

We would advise getting independent advice and consider finding a company who sets up Email Gateway filters. One possible solution is to have a hosted cloud Server and run the client from there.
